These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, operated by Wizardworks Web Design Inc. ("Wizardworks," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service helps users track and analyze whether specified keywords appear to generate an "AI Overview" (or similar search result features) in Google search results and related outputs. Results may be retrieved and processed using third-party providers (for example, SERP API providers).
Important: Search results and AI Overview presence can change frequently and may vary by location, device type, language, time, personalization, and other factors. We do not guarantee that results will be complete, accurate, or consistent across time or users.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful manner.
We offer paid subscription tiers. Plan features and limits (including keyword limits, project limits, and/or refresh frequency) are described on our pricing page and/or within the Service.
Hard stop limits: If you reach a plan limit, the Service will prevent additional use that exceeds the limit until you upgrade, your usage resets (if applicable), or you otherwise come back within your plan limits.
If offered, the lowest tier includes a 14-day free trial. The trial begins when you start it and ends automatically after 14 days.
No card required: We do not require a credit card to start the trial.
Access after trial: After the trial ends, you will not be able to view results or continue using paid features unless you purchase a subscription.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, notify you, and suspend access until payment is resolved. If payment is not resolved within a reasonable period, we may cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

These emails are considered part of the Service. You may not be able to opt out of essential service emails.
We use cookies and similar technologies for Service functionality and, if you consent, analytics and user experience insights. Analytics tools may include Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Crazy Egg, subject to your cookie choices. For details, see our Privacy Policy and cookie settings.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as keywords, project names, and domain names).
You grant Wizardworks a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, use, reproduce, and process your content only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to enforce these Terms.
The Service may allow you to export your data (for example, CSV exports). You are responsible for how you use, store, and share exported files.
We do not sell or resell your submitted keywords, projects, or domain data to third parties. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not currently provide an API for customer access.
The Service (including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks) is owned by Wizardworks or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The Service integrates or depends on third-party services (including Stripe, SERP API providers, and analytics tools). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, including outages, errors, or data accuracy from third-party providers.
We aim to keep the Service available, but it may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update features, limits, or pricing. If changes materially reduce paid features for active subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizardworks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Certain sections (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, via email or in-app notice).
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies posted in the Service, form the entire agreement between you and Wizardworks regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
