Refunds Policy

This Refunds Policy explains how refunds work for the Service, operated by Wizardworks Web Design Inc. ("Wizardworks," "we," "us," "our").

1. General Policy: No Refunds

Unless required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Monthly subscription charges
  • Partial-month or unused time after cancellation
  • Charges incurred because you forgot to cancel before the next billing date

2. Free Trial

If your plan includes a 14-day free trial, you can evaluate the Service during the trial period.

No credit card is required to start the trial.

When the trial ends, access to results and paid features may be restricted until you purchase a subscription.

Because the trial is provided to evaluate the Service, we generally do not provide refunds for paid periods started after a trial ends.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

You will continue to have access through the end of your current paid billing period unless your account is restricted for non-payment or a Terms violation.

We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for unused time in a billing cycle.

4. Billing Errors and Exceptional Cases

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges), contact us at support @ powrank DOT ai within 14 days of the charge and include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The invoice number or approximate billing date
  • A brief description of the issue

If we confirm a billing error, we will work with Stripe (our payment provider) to issue a correction, which may include a refund or account credit, as appropriate.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to the Service while the dispute is investigated.

We encourage you to contact support @ powrank DOT ai first so we can attempt to resolve billing issues quickly.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and can take several business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refunds Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
